Here at Han Crystal we put a great deal of effort to ensure you like your crystal.
Prior to shipping, the crystals are carefully inspected to guarantee everything is exactly as requested and in perfect condition.
Return due to damage on delivery or error in design
- In case your crystal came with any physical damage or design error, complete the return form within 48 hours after receiving the shipment and include a video showing the damage/mistake.
- We will gladly replace it with a new one.
Return due to other reason
- In case you want to return your order for any other reason fill out our return form within 48 hours after receiving your crystal.
and choose the ' change of mind' option below. - A 25% customization fee will apply.
- The crystals are custom made, consequently many hours are invested in the production and we are unable to restock.
- The customization fee only covers part of the production cost.
